So after some failed attempted at making gluten free and low carb chocolate pancakes with almond flour, I decided to try out coconut flour after making brownies with coconut flour (I'll link where to find those, so good!)
So coconut flour is an amazing substitute flour and you don't need to use as much of it.
You'll need:
Bowl
skillet
spatula
whisk
spoon
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 TBS cocao powder
2 TBS brown sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chocolate almond milk ( simply because I'm not a fan of the taste of coconut and to give it extra chocolate flavor)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
whisk together your dry ingredients and then whisk in your wet ingredients
spray your pan with olive oil
laddle your batter witht he measuring cup onto the pan,
cook on both sides
let cool for a minute
eat with whatever toppings you like
