Doctored store bought stuffing on the stove

So I'm not going ot lie. I didn't learn how to make the bread how it's supposed to be on my own because then I'd be obligated to want to eat more of it.
So I just figured out how to doctor a box of stuffing.

I have done this on the stove and in the oven. I have a separate post for the oven one.

I used a regular box of turkey stuffing and added celery and onion, craisings make a great addition as well.

Start by removing the outer papery layers of the onion, remove any dark gross parts. Next you start chopping and mincing about a quarter to half of a large onion, or half of a small onion.

Rings and remove ends of the celery. I used maybe 5 stalks because I love celery. Cut each stalk in half long ways and cut into quarter inch to half in pieces.
I seasoned this with a little bit of dried time and sage.

Turn on the stove and drizzle olive oil in a skillet.

Throw in your onion and celery, stir and wait for the celery to get a nice char.
Once this is done, Put together your pot of water and olive oil, no butter or margarine used here,
Wait for that to boil.
Add your stuffing mix and combine the onion and celery mixture, stiring until evenly distributed.
Turn off stove, cover pot and set timer for 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork when done.

You can add craisins if you want.
