quick gaucamole

So I'm personally not a fan of the taste of avocado in general, I can only eat it in the form of guacamole. So because it's a healthy fat and has many health benefits, I try to eat it throughout the week. Beyond eatin it as a dip or on my taco/burrito I have found that I really enjoy it on my salad instead of dressing, or on top of chicken and roasted veggies (such as broccoli, carrot, cauliflaur) or just on the veggies. I think it makes for a nice creamy sauce.

1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon salt
juice from half a lime
sprinkle some garlic powder over
teaspoon of diced red onion

mash it all together until it's smooth and well combined. Taste it to make sure you have the flavor you want and you can add cilanto, paprika etc.
